Requirements:

• You must have extensive experience building complex backend systems in production environments.
• Strong Java fundamentals are required, with the ability to write production-grade code and apply backend concepts like multithreading and performance optimization.
• You should be comfortable taking ownership of features from architecture to delivery.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ship reliable, maintainable code quickly are essential.
• You need to be a thoughtful collaborator who works well across disciplines.
• Understanding how your systems connect to product goals and scalability is important.
• Enjoy mentoring others and providing constructive feedback to lift the technical bar for your team.
• Hands-on experience using AI in coding/programming is preferred.
