The platform utilizes AI, RTLS, and EHR data to enable self-learning agents to automate workflows, adapt in real-time, and orchestrate care delivery operations.
The position requires a passion for building high-performing and reliable applications, with an internal urge to innovate and solve scalability problems.
The tech stack includes Kotlin, Java 15+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, and AWS.
The role involves developing user-facing Kontakt.io Apps, defining data models, establishing connectivity with third-party systems, building modular components, contributing to architectural decisions, writing documentation and performance tests, supporting CI/CD workflows, creating best practices, proposing upgrades for security and development, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing highly scalable applications using modern technology stacks such as Java/Kotlin is required.
Strong experience with Kafka and microservice architecture is essential.
Knowledge of Spring frameworks is necessary.
The ability to follow good development practices like test automation, CI/CD, and source version control is expected.
Experience with development for and deployment to AWS is required.
Good communication skills in English are a must.
Big Data experience is considered a great asset.

The position offers a salary of 140 - 180 PLN net/B2B/h or 20,000 - 23,000 PLN gross/Employment Contract.
