Naehas is a pre-IPO, fast-paced, and rapidly growing SaaS company based in Silicon Valley, helping regulated enterprises streamline customer communications through intelligent content management and automation.
The software engineer will be part of a team developing a custom-made workflow engine integrated with Naehas’ core product to provide automation.
The engineer is expected to write clean, optimized, and efficient code, unit test cases, maintain Javadoc, document APIs, perform peer reviews, and create relevant documentation of the architecture and features being built.
Collaboration with front-end developers and other team members is required to design and develop scalable and robust solutions.
The role involves analyzing, designing, and developing reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications, and collaborating with product management to evaluate business requirements and translate them into new features.
Requirements:
Education must be equivalent to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates from top Tier-1 Institutes.
Candidates should have 4-10 years of hands-on coding experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
Experience in building microservices and RESTful web services is required.
Familiarity with RDBMS, preferably MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Neo4j is necessary.
Working experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect/SAML, JWT, and Spring Security is essential.
Understanding of Java build tools like Maven/Gradle is required.
Candidates should have demonstrated leadership ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Involvement in research and development activities to understand and identify product requirements aligned with Naehas’ vision and business needs is expected.
