  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help build and launch an eCommerce platform that supports veterinarians and dog owners.
  • This role involves working across the stack to create scalable features that meet immediate product needs while ensuring long-term technical health.
  • You will be responsible for writing clean, well-tested code, performing code reviews, and shaping architectural direction.
  • The position requires participation in an on-call rotation to maintain platform stability and meet SLA commitments.
  • You will report to the VP of Engineering.

Requirements:

  • You must have strong engineering fundamentals and a product-focused mindset.
  • Experience with technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres/Neon, Medusa.js, Vercel, AWS, Terraform, and K8s is required.
  • You should be able to own features from inception to deployment, focusing on reliability, usability, and maintainability.
  • A passion for creating polished, performant, and trustworthy user experiences is essential.
  • You must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be motivated by building systems that serve real human and canine needs.
