  • Strong backend skills are required, particularly in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, along with solid web/mobile frontend experience (React, TypeScript, React Native is a plus).
  • Comfort with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, GCP/GKE, and Linux is necessary.
  • Experience in product-centric teams and working closely with non-technical stakeholders is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to continuously improve both product and platform.
  • A passion for integrating AI into daily work is expected.
  • Bonus points for experience in regulated industries, healthcare, or security-conscious environments.
