The company is seeking a versatile, pragmatic, and forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer (m/f/x) to help shape the future of digital therapeutics.
The role involves joining a cross-functional product team with high ownership and lean processes, aimed at delivering real impact to patients.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and operating scalable software components across the stack, collaborating with Product, Design, and Medical teams, driving technical excellence in architecture and security, contributing to a platform for regulated digital health products, and mentoring other developers.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally across both backend and frontend.
Strong backend skills are required, particularly in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, along with solid web/mobile frontend experience (React, TypeScript, React Native is a plus).
Comfort with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, GCP/GKE, and Linux is necessary.
Experience in product-centric teams and working closely with non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to continuously improve both product and platform.
A passion for integrating AI into daily work is expected.
