Description:

  • Cognitiv is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team and revolutionize the advertising industry with their Deep Learning Advertising Platform.
  • The role involves leading technical design, architecture, and development of critical projects related to the ML Ops platform, specifically focusing on Identity systems.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, implementing and optimizing ML Ops related to Identity Resolution and Identity Graphs, collaborating with other teams, mentoring junior engineers, and developing automated testing routines.
  • The position is based in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office (Monday to Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday and Friday).

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in developing back-end services using the .NET Framework/Core.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing RDBMS data models (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, etc.) is necessary.
  • Applicants should have the ability to own services end-to-end throughout the service life cycle, including planning, design, delegation, testing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with ML platforms and the ML development lifecycle, including big data preparation and model evaluation, is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for articulating technical challenges and solutions.
  • Experience with Identity, particularly Identity Resolution and Identity Graphs, is preferred.
