A strong technical background is necessary, with at least 5 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years working with robotic systems.

Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $220,000, depending on experience.
Compensation packages will be tailored to seniority and skill level, with base salary being one part of the overall compensation.
