Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer is necessary.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or Golang, along with experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, is required.
• Candidates should be proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript and have experience with modern frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• A strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and the ability to build scalable, maintainable systems is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, is necessary to deliver high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
• A history of influencing others outside of the team is preferred.
• Professional experience with video streaming technologies is required.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is necessary.
