You will combine hands-on development with team leadership, guiding technical decisions and ensuring smooth delivery.

Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
A minimum of 1-2 years leading a Scrum team of up to 8 members is required.
Experience in building enterprise-level web applications is essential.
Strong .NET backend development skills are necessary.
Solid frontend experience with Vue.js is required.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is a must.
You should have experience making technical decisions and ensuring code quality.
An understanding of modern web architecture and APIs is needed.
The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines is crucial.
A strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability is expected.
Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and customers are required.
An upper-intermediate+ English level is necessary.
Familiarity with IoT platforms or SCADA systems is desirable.
