The position includes leading backend development on a long-term project, improving payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing features with PHP and React.js, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of the payroll platform.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js.
Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB is required.
Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices is necessary.
A deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture is essential.
Experience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code quality is required.
Candidates should have experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are needed.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
An upper-intermediate or higher level of English is required.
Candidates should demonstrate strong ownership, motivation, and accountability.
