• Dev.Pro is seeking an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join their team.
• The role involves developing a new subproduct within the client’s portfolio, specifically a human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll.
• The position includes leading backend development on a long-term project, improving payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users.
• Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing features with PHP and React.js, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of the payroll platform.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js.
• Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB is required.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices is necessary.
• A deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture is essential.
• Experience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code quality is required.
• Candidates should have experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• An upper-intermediate or higher level of English is required.
