Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of their Privileged Access Management solution.
This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.
The role involves shaping the future of enterprise security by building secure, scalable solutions that protect sensitive information for organizations globally.
Responsibilities include writing and maintaining code across multiple languages such as JavaScript, Java, Go, Python, .NET, PowerShell, and Bash.
The engineer will develop and test scripts for password rotation and other core PAM functionalities.
Building integrations with third-party DevOps tools to extend the Keeper Secrets Manager platform is also a key responsibility.
The role requires architecting and managing complex applications with multiple system dependencies and integrations.
Providing enterprise-level support for Keeper SDKs, APIs, and third-party integrations is expected.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver scalable PAM solutions is essential.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and/or AWS is necessary.
Strong knowledge of Linux, macOS, and Windows system administration is required.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security principles is preferred.
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
A team-oriented, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills is required.
Candidates must be a U.S. Person due to Keeper’s FedRAMP authorization.
