As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of complex features from concept to deployment.

The role involves making architectural decisions to maintain the Rails app's performance and scalability, dedicating time to improve stability and developer experience, and maintaining a strong automated test suite.
You will proactively monitor and resolve production issues while mentoring and supporting other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
The technology stack includes Rails 7.1, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, TimescaleDB, Turbo 8, React, Minitest, and GitHub Actions.
Requirements:
You must have a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling production Rails applications.
A strong command of Rails fundamentals, including ActiveRecord and background jobs, is essential.
Experience in architecting maintainable systems that balance speed of delivery with long-term sustainability is required.
You should be comfortable working across the stack, including frontend technologies like JavaScript and CSS.
Familiarity with modern LLM-powered tools to accelerate work and the judgment to know when to rely on your expertise is necessary.
A strong testing mindset with hands-on experience in Minitest or RSpec is expected.
You must be confident in debugging and resolving complex production issues.
The ability to mentor and support other engineers is crucial.
Clear communication skills to articulate technical challenges, trade-offs, and decisions are required.
