Provi is a leader in the B2B digital marketplace for the wholesale alcohol industry, seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join the Marketplace Team.
The role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of the core platform that powers customer and partner experiences.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and optimizing high-performing, scalable, and maintainable micro-frontends while supporting the migration from legacy systems to modern architectures.
The engineer will also develop internal tools to improve operational efficiency and empower teams across the organization.
The position requires leveraging expertise in micro-frontend frameworks, modern web technologies, and cloud-native platforms to deliver seamless, reliable, and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably with customer-facing platforms or internal tools.
Proven success in contributing to front-end platforms is required.
Experience with system migrations or architecture transformations is essential.
Strong knowledge of micro-frontend frameworks such as Module Federation, Webpack, or Single-SPA is necessary.
Hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks including Svelte, React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
Backend expertise with Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs is needed.
Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, particularly AWS, is important.
Understanding of internal tooling frameworks or custom solutions for operational teams is required.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams are essential.
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing strategies is necessary.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 a year, with actual salaries varying based on several factors.
