The role requires working from the office 2 days a week in a hybrid model from Hyderabad.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality, scalable Python-based solutions, collaborating with partners to define project requirements, participating in peer code and design reviews, and adopting platform architecture and security standards.
The candidate will ensure code quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing, review and improve existing code, mentor junior developers, and stay updated on industry trends.
The role involves taking ownership of projects from conception to delivery and attending Sprint reviews to share project reports and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10-12 years of overall IT industry experience.
Proficiency in designing, coding, and maintaining scalable applications in Python is required.
A minimum of 5 years of coding experience in Python frameworks and libraries, along with certification in Python, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, KMS, RDS, and Encryption is essential.
Experience with Terraform, Docker, BitBucket, and Git-based workflows is required.
Candidates should have experience working with API Gateway, JSON, and XML-based interfaces.
Experience in software performance testing, tuning, and debugging is necessary.
Candidates must have experience managing PII data and working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
Proficiency in expressing design and data flow through Lucid or equivalent tools is required.
Strong team handling skills and the ability to communicate updates and resolutions to customers and partners are essential.
