The role involves working on the backend for the Crypto.com App.
Responsibilities include working in a Component Team for project development, developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems to ensure smooth daily operations for teammates.
The engineer will understand and support CDC backend services, fix bugs, and implement ad-hoc features.
Establishing root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to appropriate internal engineers is required.
The position involves setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and participating in architecture, platform, tooling, and DevOps improvements.
The engineer will utilize third-party monitoring tools or build custom tools as needed.
Continuous improvement of development documentation and support handbooks is expected.
The role aims to minimize human errors and operational challenges through automation.
Conducting technical research and proposing pragmatic improvements to the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives is part of the job.
The engineer will follow and constantly improve the development process.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in server-side programming languages is required.
At least 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails or a similar web MVC framework is necessary.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in frontend development, specifically with React or Next.js, is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
The candidate must be capable of picking up various technologies quickly, demonstrating a fast learner attitude and a "get things done" mentality.

Experience with DevOps processes and tools is required.
