Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby and frameworks like Ruby on Rails, along with familiarity or willingness to work with modern front-end technologies such as React and Typescript.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software is essential, with a passion for continuous learning demonstrated through side projects, open-source contributions, or technical publications.
• Deep expertise in backend development is required, including understanding API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices while keeping user experience in mind.
• You should be versatile and willing to learn, primarily focusing on backend tasks but comfortable stepping into front-end or infrastructure tasks as needed.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary for partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Bonus skills include experience with Ruby (Ruby on Rails), Python, React, and Typescript.
