Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby and frameworks like Ruby on Rails, along with familiarity or willingness to work with modern front-end technologies such as React and Typescript.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software is essential, with a passion for continuous learning demonstrated through side projects, open-source contributions, or technical publications.
Deep expertise in backend development is required, including understanding API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices while keeping user experience in mind.
You should be versatile and willing to learn, primarily focusing on backend tasks but comfortable stepping into front-end or infrastructure tasks as needed.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary for partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
Bonus skills include experience with Ruby (Ruby on Rails), Python, React, and Typescript.
