The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with product managers, clinicians, software engineers, data scientists, and regulatory teams to ensure clinical AI/ML products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The role involves developing verification protocols and automated tests to ensure high-quality, safe, secure, and compliant products for enterprise health systems.
Responsibilities include defining test requirements, creating and executing both manual and automated test plans, building test automation frameworks, streamlining client integration testing, and collaborating cross-functionally to align on quality.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading testing for complex cross-functional technical projects is necessary.
At least 4 years of experience in developing test cases using automated testing frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium and executing them in CI/CD pipelines is required.
Candidates must have 4 years of experience in writing and executing test plans, documenting test results, and tracking issue resolution using tools like Jira or TestRail.
Experience with testing EHR-integrated platforms or products, preferably Epic or Cerner, is essential.
Candidates should have experience working cross-functionally with clinicians to align on workflow and product quality expectations.
