  • The position is for a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) who will report to Engineering leadership and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, contributing to architectural discussions, mentoring junior team members, deploying applications, and supporting a culture of experimentation and continuous delivery.
  • The current tech stack includes Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend, with an openness to exploring new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 6+ years of experience building modern web applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django (or similar) is required.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL is essential.
  • Candidates should have experience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with basic DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure monitoring, is expected.
  • A passion for building quality products that delight users and solve real problems is important.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset are required.
  • Openness to leveraging AI tools for productivity and better engineering outcomes is preferred.
