As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work as part of a dynamic team, own the creation and delivery of innovative products, and grow professionally through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, writing clean and optimized code, creating technical design documents, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with music industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
You must have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a software development company is required.
You should be able to drive the design and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple teams.
Experience in writing or refactoring code with a focus on maintainability and optimization is essential.
You must be capable of writing comprehensive technical designs that communicate tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, along with defining best practices.
You should have a bias towards action and be an empathetic team member who communicates effectively.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required.
