Remote Senior Software Engineer, Workflow Automation, Full Stack

Description:

• The role involves building high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing.
• You will work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to users.
• The position requires implementing software that is simple to use, allowing customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs.
• You will contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
• The role includes mentoring colleagues and promoting knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, which may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor is a plus.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language is required.
• A passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, along with a focus on reusability and componentization, is essential.
• Candidates should have experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is necessary.
• Strong analytical and design skills are required for this position.
