Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is seeking a Senior Software Solution Designer who is fluent in German to lead the development of end-to-end application solutions.
The role involves supporting and leading a software development team, ensuring high-quality technical solutions, and developing software by analyzing business needs.
Responsibilities include evaluating operational feasibility, documenting solutions, designing software systems, and improving operational efficiency.
The candidate will manage the full software development lifecycle, analyze customer requests, define architectural guidelines, and ensure compliance with standards.
The position requires designing integrations between new applications and existing systems, providing technical consulting, and creating documentation for development teams.
The role also includes designing test drivers and implementing end-to-end solutions while performing post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Information Technologies is required for this position.
Relevant certifications such as LSA or product-specific certifications are necessary.
The candidate must have expert knowledge in solution design, MS Office, Scrum, Jira, and ITIL.
Fluency in English (B2) and German (B2) is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas confidently are essential.
The candidate should possess analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience in collaborative work and conflict management is required.
The ability to guide and support the development of colleagues is important.
Proficiency in resource planning and project management is necessary.
The candidate should be able to adapt in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
A passion for open-source and modern technologies is preferred.
Understanding of business processes and experience with complex IT landscapes and solution rollouts is required.
