Remote Senior Solution Architect

Description:

• The Senior Solution Architect is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions based on best practices, aiming to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes.
• The role involves solving relevant customer challenges, providing support during sales cycles, engaging directly with customers and partners, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow.
• The architect brings architectural guidance, business acumen in various industries, deep product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital to customers and partners.
• Responsibilities include leading engagement project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes, focusing on inter-connectivity between Workflow applications and customer technology landscapes, and informing customers on governance best practices.
• The role requires interaction with senior leadership or CXO roles to support discussions on implementation roadmaps and change management best practices.
• The architect will support pre-sales activities, conduct sales presentations, lead solutioning discussions, and estimate implementation efforts in collaboration with various sales executives and partner organizations.
• Establishing relationships with Workflow product owners and stakeholders to promote awareness of Workflow Solutions capabilities and roadmaps is essential.
• The architect will promote continuous improvement practices for delivery materials in partnership with the Customer & Partner Excellence Team.
• Mentoring other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem is also a key responsibility.
• The position requires up to 50% travel annually, driven by customer needs and internal meetings.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 8 years of consultation and/or configuration experience related to implementing complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• A minimum of 5 years of advisory consultation experience related to implementing multiple ServiceNow Workflow solutions is required.
• Vast experience with leading creator, integration, and software/platform experience is necessary.
• The ability to influence and consult senior leaders, providing options with pros, cons, and risks, is essential.
• A customer-centric mentality and willingness to go the extra mile for customer success are required.
• Candidates should be able to interact well with both technical and non-technical customers, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions.
• The ability to develop visually rich and professional conceptual design documents for varying audiences is necessary.
• Experience in conducting solutions presentations and obtaining customer acceptance to solution design is required.
• Strong capabilities in forging trust and engaging audiences, whether remote or in-person, are essential.
• Candidates must have a strong aptitude for communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
• A passion for continually studying new technologies and functionality is required.
• ServiceNow Certifications are required or must be achieved within the first 60 days, including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Service Provider Implementer (CIS-SP), and Core Platform micro-certifications.
• Desired ServiceNow Certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect, must be achieved within the first 120 days.
