  • The Solution Sales Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Risk & Security products in the Federal space.
  • These products are built on the market-leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth for enterprise processes.
  • The role involves supporting the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas based on the engagement model.
  • Responsibilities include supporting territory strategy and planning, providing input during the account planning process, and ensuring alignment with Now Value principles.
  • The executive will help customers envision the value of digital transformation and develop strategies by collaborating with the account team, customers, and partners.
  • Interlocking with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement is also part of the role.
  • Coaching AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle is expected.
  • The time allocation of responsibilities will be customized to meet the needs of the territory and account team, with a focus on celebrating successes.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A minimum of 7 years of knowledge on the return on investment of specialty solutions is required to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of business sales processes is essential.
  • The position requires travel of 30-50%.

  • The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000 to $200,000, plus equity (when applicable) and variable/incentive compensation.
  • Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
