The Solution Sales Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Risk & Security products in the Federal space.
These products are built on the market-leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth for enterprise processes.
The role involves supporting the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas based on the engagement model.
Responsibilities include supporting territory strategy and planning, providing input during the account planning process, and ensuring alignment with Now Value principles.
The executive will help customers envision the value of digital transformation and develop strategies by collaborating with the account team, customers, and partners.
Interlocking with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement is also part of the role.
Coaching AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle is expected.
The time allocation of responsibilities will be customized to meet the needs of the territory and account team, with a focus on celebrating successes.

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
A minimum of 7 years of knowledge on the return on investment of specialty solutions is required to lead solution wins.
Experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role is necessary.
A solid understanding of business sales processes is essential.
The position requires travel of 30-50%.

The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000 to $200,000, plus equity (when applicable) and variable/incentive compensation.
Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
