Monte Carlo is seeking an experienced customer-facing Solutions Architect to support enterprise customers in delivering trustworthy data and AI solutions.
The role involves being a strategic technical counterpart to the Success team, defining project scope based on customer needs, and guiding clear outcomes.
Responsibilities include delivering implementations of Monte Carlo in complex data lake environments and defining best practice approaches for technical capabilities.
The Solutions Architect will also deliver training on advanced technical concepts, create collateral and documentation, advocate for customers across various teams, and analyze customer trends to drive product consumption growth.
Requirements:
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in the data technology space.
A firm understanding of cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts, BI solutions, SQL, and APIs is required; networking experience is a plus.
Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solutions to multiple audiences is essential.
The ideal candidate should have worked with enterprise customers and managed multiple stakeholders and priorities.
A background in a high-performing team environment with a high bar for performance and ambitious goals is necessary.
Experience in identifying and improving internal and customer-facing processes is required.
Candidates should have previously worked in a startup environment, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and a desire to solve customer problems.
The ability to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time is required.
