  • The role involves being the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of the platform.
  • Responsibilities include leading technical onboarding, guiding customers through configuration and integrations, acting as a technical project manager, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • The Solutions Architect will proactively monitor product adoption, identify risks, conduct technical health checks, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with customers on workflow optimizations.
  • Collaboration with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and supporting renewal discussions is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Architect or similar role at a software company is required.
  • Strong experience working with customers and complex technical products is essential.
  • A deep understanding of system integrations, APIs, security, and IT infrastructure is necessary.
  • Project management experience is required, with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders through complex implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges are crucial.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering software solutions through system integrators to public sector agencies is required.
  • Familiarity with Federal Information Security Standards such as FedRAMP, FIPS, and ATO is necessary.
