The Solutions Architect team is dedicated to bridging customers' technical goals with Hyperscience's innovative solutions.
The role involves being the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of the platform.
Responsibilities include leading technical onboarding, guiding customers through configuration and integrations, acting as a technical project manager, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
The Solutions Architect will proactively monitor product adoption, identify risks, conduct technical health checks, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with customers on workflow optimizations.
Collaboration with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and supporting renewal discussions is also part of the role.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Architect or similar role at a software company is required.
Strong experience working with customers and complex technical products is essential.
A deep understanding of system integrations, APIs, security, and IT infrastructure is necessary.
Project management experience is required, with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders through complex implementations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges are crucial.
The candidate must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience delivering software solutions through system integrators to public sector agencies is required.
Familiarity with Federal Information Security Standards such as FedRAMP, FIPS, and ATO is necessary.
