Responsibilities include acting as a technical partner to the Customer Success team, defining project scope, outcomes, and strategic roadmaps.
The role requires leading end-to-end implementation of data reliability platforms, particularly in complex data lake and cloud environments.
The architect will develop and share best practices for deploying scalable and effective data solutions.
Delivering hands-on technical training and enablement to customer engineering and data teams is a key responsibility.
The position involves creating technical documentation, playbooks, and reusable assets to support customers and internal teams.
The architect will serve as a customer advocate across internal teams, relaying feedback and influencing product development.
Analyzing usage trends to identify growth opportunities and improve adoption is also part of the role.
The position requires managing multiple client engagements with enterprise-level stakeholders and timelines.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within the data or analytics ecosystem.
A strong foundation in cloud data platforms, data lakes, ETL pipelines, BI tools, SQL, and APIs is required; networking knowledge is a bonus.
Applicants must be skilled in solution scoping, architecture planning, and delivering complex implementations to both technical and business audiences.
Prior experience working with large enterprise accounts and managing cross-functional relationships is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup environments with high ownership and a bias for action.
A demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive both internal and external efficiencies is essential.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients onsite across the EMEA region is required.
