We are looking for a talented Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team.
The Sr Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers and prospects, bridging the gap between our product and the customer’s business needs.
You will work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs and architecting scalable, efficient solutions, developing and maintaining detailed technical proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of our SaaS solution with customer systems.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs and work with the customer success team to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
You will also stay current on industry trends, provide thought leadership, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
A strong understanding of software development, APIs, and systems integration is required.
Experience with web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and networking is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and events is required.
Technical expertise in SaaS and cloud-based solutions is essential.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or backend development is preferred.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer support tools is beneficial.
