  • We are looking for a talented Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team.
  • The Sr Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers and prospects, bridging the gap between our product and the customer’s business needs.
  • You will work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs and architecting scalable, efficient solutions, developing and maintaining detailed technical proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of our SaaS solution with customer systems.
  • You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs and work with the customer success team to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
  • You will also stay current on industry trends, provide thought leadership, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A strong understanding of software development, APIs, and systems integration is required.
  • Experience with web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and networking is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and events is required.
  • Technical expertise in SaaS and cloud-based solutions is essential.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or backend development is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer support tools is beneficial.
