The Senior Solutions Engineer will join the Customer Experience team and play a critical role in accelerating sales cycles, securing technical wins, and enhancing customer experiences with GRC automation.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing individual contributor role that collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery conversations, delivering tailored product demos, guiding prospects through evaluations, building mutual action plans, supporting sales efforts, ensuring seamless post-sale handoffs, collaborating with Product, contributing to internal initiatives, supporting renewals and upsells, and maintaining competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4β6 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, or GRC consulting.
Experience with mid-market and enterprise customers, particularly in the US, is required.
Knowledge of key frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable engaging with CxOs and mapping solutions to compliance needs.
Proficiency in SaaS/cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and sales tools is necessary.
Strong communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills are required.
Bonus qualifications include being an ISO Auditor, CISSP, CISA, or holding related information security certifications.
