  • The Senior Solutions Engineer will join the Customer Experience team and play a critical role in accelerating sales cycles, securing technical wins, and enhancing customer experiences with GRC automation.
  • This is a high-impact, customer-facing individual contributor role that collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery conversations, delivering tailored product demos, guiding prospects through evaluations, building mutual action plans, supporting sales efforts, ensuring seamless post-sale handoffs, collaborating with Product, contributing to internal initiatives, supporting renewals and upsells, and maintaining competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4–6 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, or GRC consulting.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise customers, particularly in the US, is required.
  • Knowledge of key frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR is essential.
  • Candidates should be comfortable engaging with CxOs and mapping solutions to compliance needs.
  • Proficiency in SaaS/cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and sales tools is necessary.
  • Strong communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Bonus qualifications include being an ISO Auditor, CISSP, CISA, or holding related information security certifications.
