Remote Senior Solutions Engineer (SaaS, Automation Testing)

Description:

• The Sales team collaborates with new and existing businesses, with Solution Consultants acting as the voice of Katalon customers.
• The Senior Solutions Engineer will primarily engage in a technical consultancy role, providing analysis and guidance to define test automation solutions tailored to customer needs.
• This role involves establishing partnerships with the sales team and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue objectives through Katalon solution adoption.
• Responsibilities include developing proof of concept applications, presenting technical demonstrations, and maintaining feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in software automation testing and be experienced in full-stack development and software architecture patterns.
• Candidates should be interested in solving open-ended business problems with technology and creative thinking, and be comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in software automation testing.
• Experience in full-stack development and understanding of software architecture patterns is required.
• Candidates should be interested in solving open-ended business problems using technology and creative thinking.
• Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and verbal, are mandatory.
• Bonus points for practical programming experience with at least one of Katalon’s primary deployment languages (Java, Groovy, Python).
• Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Integrated Development Environment, Software Test Automation, and CI/CD is highly desired.
