The company is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the South EMEA region, particularly focusing on France.
This role involves collaborating with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions to both new and existing accounts.
The Senior Solutions Engineer will demonstrate expertise in vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration, delivering functional and technical solutions to complex customer engagements.
Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery, responding to RFPs, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs).
The individual will contribute to Product Marketing by developing white papers, solution briefs, webinars, and blogs.
The role requires proactive and independent work across various business facets to drive opportunities to closure and impact revenue.
Mentoring and coaching Solutions Engineers on strategy, customer influence, and technical presentations is also expected.
The position is remote but requires the individual to be located in France and involves travel.
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
Candidates must have domain expertise in Privilege Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
A minimum of five years of previous Solutions Engineering experience with proven success in Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Governance and Administration solutions is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge through technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Microsoft, or Google is required.
The ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is essential.
Candidates must possess superior communication, relationship, and customer service skills to assess needs and sell solutions effectively.
Ownership and management of technical team relationships within existing and prospective opportunities are required.
The individual should be self-sufficient, autonomous, and passionate about working in a dynamic startup-like environment.
Exemplary technical skills for configuration and rapid problem-solving in the field are necessary.
Experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including concepts like Identity Life Cycle Management and Access Certification, is required.
Database query experience in a relational database environment (MySQL and Elastic Search) is necessary.
Familiarity with Groovy, PowerShell, and GraphAPI is required.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and standards is essential.
Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is required.
Experience with regulatory compliance and security frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and NIST is necessary.
Familiarity with AzureAD, Okta, and other Cloud/LDAP/Virtual directories is required.
A basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP and TCP/IP is necessary.
Strong business and technical document creation skills are required.
