The Senior Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to sell Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions to new and existing accounts.
This role requires a broad understanding of vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration, demonstrating expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions.
Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery, responding to RFPs, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) to existing and prospective customers.
The individual will contribute to Product Marketing by developing white papers, solution briefs, webinars, and blogs.
The Senior Solutions Engineer will work independently to drive opportunities to closure and potentially impact revenue.
Mentoring and coaching Solutions Engineers on strategy, customer influence, scope management, and technical presentations is expected.
The position is based in Singapore and involves remote work with up to 60% international travel in Asia.
Requirements:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Domain expertise in Privilege Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security is necessary.
A minimum of five years of experience in Solutions Engineering with proven success in relevant solutions is required.
A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge through technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Microsoft, or Google is needed.
The ability to travel up to 60% in Asia is essential.
Superior communication, relationship, and customer service skills are required to assess needs and sell solutions effectively.
Ownership and management of technical team relationships within existing and prospective opportunities are necessary.
The candidate must be self-sufficient, autonomous, and thrive in a dynamic startup-like environment.
Exemplary technical skills for configuration and problem-solving in the field are required, including experience in Identity Governance and Administration concepts.
Database query experience in a relational database environment (MySQL and Elastic Search) is necessary.
Familiarity with REST API, PowerShell, and GraphAPI is required.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and standards is essential.
Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is necessary.
Experience with regulatory compliance and security frameworks is required.
Familiarity with various Cloud/LDAP/Virtual directories is necessary.
A basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption is required.
Strong business and technical document creation skills are necessary.
