  • Responsibilities include leading proof-of-value engagements, providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, and ensuring successful deployments that meet customer needs.

  • Key accountabilities include leading and executing Proof-of-Value (POV) projects, providing architecture leadership on passwordless authentication, collaborating with stakeholders for technical designs, managing risks during implementations, and supporting enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software, is required.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to present technical value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, as well as multi-factor authentication and identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Ping Identity, is essential.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, and enterprise architecture components like load balancers and firewalls is required.
  • A proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles as a lead solutions engineer is necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of FIDO UAF/FIDO2, IAM standards, and experience in global IT environments that require flexible hours.
