The Senior Specialist, User Acquisition will be responsible for implementing and optimizing performance marketing initiatives.
This role involves owning paid media execution across Search, Social, Video, and Display channels.
The position requires developing and executing mobile app and web acquisition campaigns across various marketing channels, including Google Ads and META.
The specialist will own measurement and reporting for acquisition campaigns, identifying insights to optimize performance.
Collaboration with the data team and regional directors is essential to understand impact and incrementality.
Staying updated with industry trends, particularly in travel, and best practices in mobile app acquisition is crucial.
The role includes supporting the team in producing testing frameworks for creative assets and optimization.
Contributing to new and creative growth strategies for customer acquisition is also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4+ years of experience managing user acquisition campaigns in performance-driven, competitive verticals is required.
Deep subject matter expertise in Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, Performance Max, etc.) and META is essential.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities are necessary, with comfort in data analysis and making optimization recommendations based on data.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to synthesize thoughts into clear and effective communications are required.
An entrepreneurial spirit is important, with the ability to take risks and propose new ideas.
Prior experience in the tech, travel, or telecommunications industry is a plus.
Experience navigating data platforms such as Looker, Adjust, and Google Big Query is also a plus.
