Description:

• Join Faptic Technology, a fast-growing scale-up organization, as a Senior SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Developer in a remote position.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to support complex data integration and transformation workflows.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance through rigorous testing and reconciliation.
• The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SSIS, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Your activities will include designing, developing, and optimizing complex SSIS packages, applying in-depth knowledge of SSIS workflow optimization, overseeing monitoring and testing of data pipelines, optimizing existing ETL workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices for data cleansing, documenting technical specifications, identifying automation opportunities, and staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and optimizing ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is necessary.
• An expert-level understanding of SSIS workflow optimization, with the ability to strategically use stored procedures and inline queries for performance improvements, is essential.
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex data integration projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Agent Jobs for scheduling, monitoring, and managing automated workflows is necessary.
• Expertise in monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting ETL pipelines, including implementing reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy, is required.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning are essential.
• A strong understanding of ETL principles, data cleansing, and data quality best practices is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
• The ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders is essential.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required.
