  • Expertise in writing optimized SQL and Python in Snowflake and dbt is required.
  • Experience in building and operating CDC systems and familiarity with tools like DMS, Airflow, Kafka, Debezium, and S3 is essential.
  • A deep technical understanding of data engines and pipelines is necessary, along with troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
  • You should be adept at using AI tools to enhance productivity and impact, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Technical leadership experience is crucial, including mentoring others and reducing knowledge silos.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and engineering pipelines is a significant plus.
