Expertise in writing optimized SQL and Python in Snowflake and dbt is required.
Experience in building and operating CDC systems and familiarity with tools like DMS, Airflow, Kafka, Debezium, and S3 is essential.
A deep technical understanding of data engines and pipelines is necessary, along with troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
You should be adept at using AI tools to enhance productivity and impact, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
Technical leadership experience is crucial, including mentoring others and reducing knowledge silos.
Experience with machine learning algorithms and engineering pipelines is a significant plus.
