The position is for a Senior Staff Engineer in QA Manual with a focus on Salesforce Testing.
The role requires a total experience of 10+ years in the field.
Strong working experience in Salesforce QA across various clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud is essential.
Proficiency in testing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (LWC), workflows, Process Builders, Flows, and Salesforce configurations is required.
Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) and validating integrations with third-party applications is necessary.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, Copado, TestNG, or similar is expected.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing frameworks like Jenkins, Copado, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps is important.
Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or HP ALM is required.
Understanding of data migration testing, validation, and ETL tool integrations (Informatica, MuleSoft) is needed.
Strong SQL/database skills for backend testing and data validation are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams are necessary.
Responsibilities include understanding functional requirements, envisioning overall solutions, determining design methodologies, enabling application development, leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts, creating and validating work breakdown structures, addressing issues promptly, providing constructive feedback, troubleshooting complex bugs, and carrying out proofs of concept.
