The role involves designing, developing, and training machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities include data collection, preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, validation, optimization, deployment, and maintenance of ML models in production.
The engineer will explore agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, contributing to research and experimentation to enhance decision-making and generation capabilities.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, is essential for driving end-to-end model development and deployment.

Requirements:
Candidates must have proven experience in an AI/ML environment with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Hands-on expertise in traditional ML techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and reinforcement learning, particularly in deep learning, is required.
Proficiency in Python for model development and implementation is necessary.
Familiarity with cutting-edge large language model (LLM) technologies and the ability to utilize components like embeddings for advanced applications is expected.
Strong communication skills are essential for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working effectively with distributed teams across time zones is required.
