Remote Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• airSlate is seeking a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their team and contribute to high-impact AI initiatives across their marketing engine and SaaS product lines.
• The role involves designing, developing, and training machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Responsibilities include data collection, preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, validation, optimization, deployment, and maintenance of ML models in production.
• The engineer will explore agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, contributing to research and experimentation to enhance decision-making and generation capabilities.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, is essential for driving end-to-end model development and deployment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have proven experience in an AI/ML environment with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in traditional ML techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and reinforcement learning, particularly in deep learning, is required.
• Proficiency in Python for model development and implementation is necessary.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge large language model (LLM) technologies and the ability to utilize components like embeddings for advanced applications is expected.
• Strong communication skills are essential for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working effectively with distributed teams across time zones is required.
• A cooperative, team-player attitude with a focus on knowledge sharing and growth is important.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
