The group is seeking a talented full stack Engineer with deep knowledge in architecting AI solutions.
The role involves architecting solutions that enhance user experience and workflow efficiency for enterprise services.
The aim is to create AI/ML solutions that can be used by any user, regardless of their technical knowledge, to operate enterprise services effectively.
Responsibilities include working with product owners to understand requirements, architecting high-quality solutions, building cloud-based AI/ML solutions, collaborating with a team of developers, product managers, and quality engineers, and guiding the team on technology options based on performance, accuracy, and cost.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 14+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex Enterprise applications across various stacks.
Experience in developing enterprise-scale conversational AI platforms and advanced natural language processing solutions is required.
Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLM performance, with hands-on expertise in models like GPT, Claude, and open-source alternatives is necessary.
Proven ability to transform complex LLM concepts into commercial value while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels is essential.
Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations is required.
Experience in classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning is necessary.
Candidates should be able to work with Senior Architects, Leaders, and other Business Units to drive technical solutions.
The ability to manage technical risks across multiple projects and serve as a technical owner is required.
Quick learning ability in upcoming technologies and business needs is essential.
Candidates should have the capability to mentor junior engineers within the team.
Good to have: Experience in designing and implementing NLQ, NLP-based solutions, familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, familiarity with UX technologies, and experience working with Knowledge Graphs.
