Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably with a focus on Python.
Experience leading or owning significant parts of a complex codebase, ideally in a Python open-source project, is required.
Deep experience with testing and refactoring at scale using automation and observability is essential.
Candidates should have experience working directly with customers, resolving technical issues, and gathering requirements.
A deep expertise in AWS cloud development, both at the application and platform levels, is necessary.
Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi is required.
