• The role of Senior/Staff Platform Software Engineer involves building and scaling the core infrastructure for the retrieval-augmented generation platform, focusing on automation, observability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend systems and platform engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java is required, along with experience in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Applicants should have deep experience with various computing environments, including GCP, AWS, On-prem, or Azure.
• A strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, is necessary.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK is required.
• Candidates should have experience working on ML platforms or supporting ML workloads in production.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure technologies, including Kafka, Spark, and Airflow, is also required.
