The role involves building and maintaining high-quality software for a top multinational chain of coffeehouses with over 38,000 stores in 80 countries.
You will collaborate with multiple teams on various cloud components that support day-to-day store operations.
Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, supporting user story creation, and backlog prioritization.
You will apply LEAN techniques to optimize business process design and collaborate with engineering and SRE teams for system configuration and deployments.
The position requires supporting data conversion, developing and reviewing test plans, and assisting in 24/7 critical system support.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience in a System Analyst role.
A strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience is required.
The ability to read and understand programming languages such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, and SQL is essential.
Experience with SaaS or Cloud software architecture is necessary.
Candidates should understand the API-first approach to building products.
Experience analyzing, monitoring, and supporting complex production environments using tools like Splunk and PagerDuty is required.
The ability to interpret dashboard metrics to support data-informed decisions is necessary.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with design and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features.
Excellent soft skills, stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to getting things done are required.
Hands-on experience in developing roadmaps, managing priorities, writing user stories, and coordinating conflicting requirements in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong prioritization and backlog management skills with experience using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence are required.
An upper-intermediate level of English is necessary.
Desirable qualifications include exposure to large-scale restaurant or retail tech systems, a background in engineering or software development, and experience working in international, multicultural environments.
