The position is for an experienced Senior Systems Automation Engineer/Architect who will lead the design and implementation of innovative automation security products.
The focus will be on the automation of SaaS operations and product release workflows using AI tools.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with big data platform design, implementation, and management is necessary.
Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar) is essential.
A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps principles, and deployment automation is required.
Hands-on experience with micro-service technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with IAC development is required.
Experience with cloud services in AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP is essential.
Strong foundational knowledge in workflow management and implementation techniques is required.
Strong programming skills with the ability to quickly learn new programming languages are necessary.
Strong experience with engineering AI tools is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
Proficient communication and teamwork abilities are required.
Experience in designing and implementing low-code automation products is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Airflow, n8n, Node-Red, Huginn, Beehive, Conductor, Temporal, IFTTT, and Zapier is a plus.
Cybersecurity industry experience or a strong understanding of threat models, compliance (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP), and secure infrastructure design is a plus.
Experience with service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) or zero-trust architectures is a plus.
Familiarity with Vault, KMS, OPA/Gatekeeper, or other policy-as-code tools is a plus.
Prior experience supporting production systems at scale (SaaS, cloud-native environments) is a plus.
