  • Key responsibilities include leading engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security domains, deploying and managing RMM platforms, building and maintaining cloud environments, managing network infrastructure, implementing security solutions, utilizing PSA tools for service delivery, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience with RMM tools such as N-able, ConnectWise, and Kaseya.
  • A deep expertise in Microsoft Azure is required, with working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure management and related tooling is necessary.
  • Experience with EDR, MDR, and XDR security platforms is required.
  • Familiarity with PSA tools, especially Autotask and Datto, is essential.
  • Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation are needed.
  • The ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment is crucial.
