• Responsibilities include operation, maintenance, and further development of IT infrastructures (both on-premises and cloud-based) in areas such as Linux, Microsoft, and databases.
• The role involves analysis and troubleshooting (3rd level support), automation of recurring tasks using tools like Bash, PowerShell, or Ansible, and close cooperation with customers and internal teams to improve services.
• Documentation, monitoring, and performance optimization of systems are also key tasks.
• The position can be filled at one of the company's locations or remotely throughout Germany.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have completed training or studies in the IT sector or possess a comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, database systems, operating system management, and Active Directory is required, along with basic knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, M365).
• Experience with monitoring and ticket systems is necessary, along with an independent, structured way of working and high customer orientation.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
• Nice to have: Certifications such as LPIC, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, experience with IT security, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and an interest in DevOps approaches and scripting.
