Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies is required.
• Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices is essential.
• A solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices is necessary.
• Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in the fintech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in agile environments.
• A background in mentoring or coaching engineers is preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
