As a Senior UX Copywriter, you will shape the user experience of products by crafting engaging copy.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive and informative experiences for members.
Your role involves crafting clear, actionable copy that embodies the brand’s voice and tone.
You will contribute to both long-term content strategy and tactical day-to-day execution.
This position reports to the Head of Product Design.
Requirements:
You must craft jargon-free, concise, user-friendly, and performant content for web and mobile applications.
You should collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers from ideation to launch.
You will advocate for content decisions in cross-functional and executive reviews, translating user insights and strategic rationale.
Participation in rapid experimentation and user testing is required, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to validate copy decisions.
You must transform user insights into effective and engaging content solutions.
Writing and editing a wide range of content, including microcopy, user interface text, onboarding flows, help documentation, FAQs, transactional emails, error messages, and in-app notifications is essential.
You will evolve and maintain content style guides, including brand voice and tone for Facet's products, ensuring adoption across the company.
Partnering with legal and compliance to ensure content adheres to regulations is necessary.
An online portfolio of UX writing samples is required for consideration.
You should have 7+ years of experience as a Senior UX Copywriter for a consumer product.
Strong examples of injecting brand personality throughout the product must be present in your portfolio.
Proven experience conducting user research and applying diverse research methodologies to inform content decisions is required.
Experience in the Financial industry is a plus.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail are necessary.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment is required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Benefits:
The annual salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, plus bonus and equity, determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
