Tala is expanding its product offerings and is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help identify and design new product features.
The Senior UX Researcher will work with the Insights team to empower users in managing their financial lives by interacting with current and future customers.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end research initiatives, executing research studies, translating findings into actionable insights, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and being a subject matter expert in the financial services landscape.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in managing and executing applied user research, preferably in consumer fintech, financial institutions, or market research firms.
A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Marketing is required.
Exceptional research skills and proficiency in mixed methods are necessary, along with the ability to create practical research deliverables.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional product teams and excellent organizational and project management skills are essential.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in researching digital banking, financial services, or credit-related products.
