The position is for a Senior UX-Researcher starting from July 1, 2025.
The role involves conducting extensive UX research projects throughout various phases of the product lifecycle, identifying user needs, expectations, and behaviors.
Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting user data using qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate insights that guide product development.
The researcher will communicate research findings by creating clear, actionable reports and presentations, as well as deliverables like user journeys for cross-functional teams.
The role also requires building and maintaining a research database to systematically collect and manage user feedback and research data.
The candidate will strategically develop and expand the UX research function within the organization.
Requirements:
Candidates must have several years of professional experience in UX research, including the application of methods such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
A deep understanding of product discovery, design processes, and psychological principles is essential.
Experience in direct collaboration with agile development teams and a strong focus on evidence-based product development, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment, is required.
Excellent analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in German for written and verbal communication regarding products is required, complemented by the ability to communicate in English.
