The position involves joining a distributed team to design and improve software for clients and partners.
The company is headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with additional offices in Bulgaria, but offers completely remote cooperation from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications using Vanilla JavaScript, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing applications for performance and scalability, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper code documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Vanilla JS Developer, specifically working on medium to large-scale web applications.
A total of 8+ years of experience as a developer is required.
Strong proficiency in core JavaScript concepts, including DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and event handling is essential.
Extensive knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is necessary, with the ability to build responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket is required.
An understanding of software development principles, including modularization, separation of concerns, and code reusability is important.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles is required, with the ability to design and implement clean, modular, and maintainable code.
A minimum English proficiency level of B1+ is necessary.
