  • The Senior Vice President of Operations will lead operational performance and guest experience across Kasa’s portfolio of 85+ properties in the U.S. and will report directly to the CEO.
  • This role involves overseeing regional operations and centralized operational systems to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and property-level profitability.
  • The SVP will ensure the operating model delivers exceptional results by putting the right talent in place and maintaining accountability for high-performance outcomes.
  • The position requires hands-on involvement, including on-site evaluations and working alongside teams to diagnose operational issues.
  • Responsibilities include driving operational performance, setting property-level business plans, ensuring quality assurance, training teams, and overseeing centralized operations functions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations with multi-property, multi-region leadership experience.
  • A proven track record of owning full P&L responsibility and improving bottom-line results across large portfolios is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring, developing, and retaining top on-site talent while holding teams to high standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve physical guest spaces is essential.
  • Experience managing centralized operations programs and implementing operational technology at scale is necessary.
